Delivery
Free delivery Australia wide on every order. Below is what actually happens after checkout, including the parts that occasionally go sideways.
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are usually picked that afternoon. Later than that, or on a weekend or public holiday, and it moves to the next business day.
You get two emails. The first confirms the order has been received. The second arrives when the parcel physically leaves and carries the tracking number. If you have only had the first, nothing has shipped yet.
The number is generated when the label prints, often hours before the carrier scans the parcel in. Until that scan the link may show nothing. Give it three business days.
Multiple items sometimes ship as separate parcels with separate tracking. A partial delivery usually means the rest is a day or two behind.
We can fix an address before dispatch, not after. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong, we resend once you confirm the correct one.
Add a note at checkout if you would rather it was left somewhere safe. We pass it on, though the driver makes the final call.
Christmas, Black Friday and major weather events push carrier networks past the windows above. We flag known delays on the site rather than letting the tracking tell you.
