The website is provided as-is and as-available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative. Colours render differently between screens and minor variation in shade, finish or dimension occurs between production batches. That is not a defect.

Several products depend on the dimensions of your cupboard, sink or drawer. We publish measurements precisely so you can check before ordering, and checking is your responsibility. Ask us if you are unsure and we will answer before you buy.

Rechargeable items should be charged using the supplied cable and a standard USB source. Do not charge unattended, do not immerse, and discontinue use if the housing is damaged.

Kitchen products are intended for domestic food preparation. Follow the care instructions on the listing, particularly regarding dishwasher use and maximum temperatures.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change after you order does not affect that order.

Where a product is published at a price that is clearly wrong through system or human error, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price. We contact you first.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the goods are dispatched, not when the confirmation email is sent. We may decline an order because of stock, a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an address we cannot deliver to.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We do not store card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, we may recover the amount owing.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability may lawfully be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid, at our election.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or the products sold through it.

The writing, photography, layout and branding on this site belong to Everyday Home Australia or are used under licence. Commercial reproduction requires written consent.

If you submit a review or photograph you confirm it is your own and grant us permission to display it on the site and in our marketing. We may decline or remove submissions.

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order governs that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
